Job summary

Lithia & Driveway in Eatontown, NJ, is hiring a valet in our DCH Ford of Eatontown service department. This full-time role runs 9am–5pm, with pay ranging from $16 to $18 per hour based on experience. You will support the service team and help maintain vehicle display and flow for customers.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a customer-facing role, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate a wide range of vehicles, including manual transmissions. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Pay: $16 to $18 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday 9am-5pm

Who We’re Looking For:

• Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, and drive both manual and automatic transmissions

What You’ll Do:

• Move and work with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support service department
• Prepare repaired vehicles for delivery; monitor and recognize general vehicle repairs i.e. exterior and/or interior cleaning, tire pressure of vehicles, air and fuel as needed
• Assist the shuttle driver as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
