Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Aurora, CO is seeking a full-time Service Team Guest Experience associate who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. You will greet guests, direct them to the right manager, and manage the flow of vehicles from arrival to delivery.

Responsibilities include moving lot vehicles, preparing serviced cars for delivery, and handling pickups/drop-offs. A valid license and clean driving record are required; must be 18+.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent guest service skills.

• Greet and direct guests to the reception area or appropriate departmental Manager/Advisor.
• Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed.
• Prepare customer vehicles for delivery following service.
• Pick-up and return customer vehicles from their home or office for service.
• Clean driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
