Role Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct training sessions for technicians on new and existing service methods.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify competence development needs and develop localized training.
  • Ensure field operatives meet safety and quality standards, fulfill customer expectations, and achieve productivity targets.
  • Bring 5+ years of technical experience or a relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Support competence development surveys, assessments, and training effectiveness monitoring.
  • Maintain and analyze training records.
  • Stay current on industry training and education developments.
  • Ensure training facilities and events meet organizational expectations.

Salary ranges vary by location, e.g., Dallas/Chicago/Portland: $130,000 - $180,000; Boston/Redmond: $140,000 - $192,000; Charlotte/Miramar/Cleveland: $122,000 - $167,000.
