As our Service Training Specialist – Technician Experience, you will plan and conduct training sessions for technicians covering both new and existing service methods. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify competence development needs and develop localized training for various target groups. This role is crucial in enabling field operatives to meet safety and quality standards, fulfill customer expectations, and achieve productivity targets.

You will bring 5+ years of technical experience to KONE, gained through your bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Understand how each technician process works down to the "key stroke required" to do each task.
  • Support competence development surveys, assessments, and other methods to identify development needs.
  • May supervise or conduct specialized training courses for selected groups.
  • Maintain and analyze training records to monitor effectiveness.
  • Stay current on industry developments and innovations in training and education.
  • Ensure training facilities and events meet KONE expectations.
