• 5+ years of hands-on service experience with NOV Downhole tools preferred.
• Significant applicable downhole tool service experience required.
• Must be willing to travel domestic and international.

• Design and develop innovative learning solutions to meet training objectives.
• Develop and implement training content and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training in person and virtually based on district requirements
• Design and develop innovative learning solutions to meet training objectives
• Develop and implement training content and production standards to expand learning services
• Support employee training development via competency programs for current and future requirements
• Provide individual training records for reporting purposes
• Act as a catalyst for best-practice sharing across district locations
• Assist Engineering with document revision requirements
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
• Manage business travel and training expenditures efficiently following company policies
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
