Job summary

NOV is seeking a field/shop technician to provide high level customer service for product maintenance and repair in the field and shop. You will oversee preparation, service, and completion of Downhole tools, ensuring timely, safe operation and quality documentation.

This role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, ability to travel domestically, and working in a factory environment with noise and fumes. Experience with relevant tools and a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience displayed and recorded which is applicable to the service pertinent tools preferred
  • Sufficient training and experience to be thoroughly familiar with the operational characteristics of company products preferred

  • Complete demands of the Supervisors/Management pertaining to tool production

  • This position will require 10% domestic travel
  • Must be able to work in factory environment which may include but are not limited to: high noise level, vibration, fumes, dust, and odors
  • Working conditions may be inside and outside with extreme temperature
