Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group in Sanford, FL is seeking a Service to Sales Client Advisor at Volkswagen of Sanford. You will help customers in the service department explore upgrade options and move them toward upgraded vehicles.

The role offers aggressive compensation with the potential to earn $60,000-$100,000+ annually, plus a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, comprehensive benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn technology.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Promote vehicle upgrade options in sales and service department.
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service and sales, and gauge customer satisfaction.
• Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers.
• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Follow up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership.
• Maintain a prospect and owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.

Located at Volkswagen of Sanford, the Service to Sales Client Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers in the Service Department who are eligible for an upgrade.
