Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Service to Sales Client Advisor. Located at Volkswagen of Sanford, this role will help upgrade customers in the service department and drive sales opportunities.

With aggressive compensation plans and a potential to earn $60,000-$100,000+ per year, the position includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus, robust benefits, and growth opportunities within a multi-brand dealership family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive sales experience required.
• Tech savvy and able to learn and utilize technology.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Promote vehicle upgrade options in sales and service department of dealership
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service and sales, and gauge customer satisfaction
• Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers
• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
• Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase
• Follow up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership
• Maintain a prospect and owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Service to Sales Client Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Volkswagen of Sanford, the Service to Sales Client Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers in the Service Department who are eligible for an upgrade.

• 2+ years Automotive Sales experience required.

• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
