Lowcountry Foundation and Crawlspace Repair is seeking a Service Technician to maintain installed systems, identify issues, and suggest solutions to protect homeowners’ investments. You will work directly with customers, combining hands-on service with a pathway to sales commissions.

The role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to work in crawlspaces and travel within a three-hour radius of the office.

Qualifications

• Professional attitude and the ability to represent the company well to customers.
• Effective communication skills and the confidence to explain problems and recommend solutions.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and follow through.
• Construction or service technician experience is a plus; sales experience helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing systems installed in homes.
• Identify additional problems and recommend solutions to protect homeowners’ investments.
• Work with customers to explain issues and service options.
• Travel within a three-hour radius of the primary office as needed.
• Assist with crawlspaces, entry, and basic site tasks as required.
