Job summary

Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is seeking a Service Technician to visit customer homes, service existing customers, and maintain and repair the high-quality systems we designed and installed for them.

You will join a team that values customers and offers solid pay with 8% commission on additional product and service sales, a company vehicle for travel, and comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to fit and work in a crawl space.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl.
• Strong listening and follow-up skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to travel based on business needs; all travel is planned out in advance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with existing customers at pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual inspections or warranty follow-ups, install small projects, and perform annual maintenance.
• Ensure complete resolution of customer concerns through consistent follow-up.
• Recommend products or services to enhance or improve the original installation or address potential issues.
• Suggest additional products and services, offering complementary solutions to help customers protect their most valuable investment long-term.
