Job summary

West Shore Home seeks a Service Technician to join the Mechanicsburg team to perform dedicated service work on windows and doors. You will report to the Installation Manager and work closely with Lead Installers and Warehouse/Operations staff to complete service visits safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, construction.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must have a smartphone or smart device to log into company systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers, assess service area, and keep customers informed of progress.
• Perform service on windows and doors safely and effectively.
• Review service completion with customers and collect signatures.
• Leave the customer location clean and safe.
