Job summary

Basement Systems of Indiana in Indianapolis is seeking a Service Technician to maintain waterproofing, foundation repair, and crawl space systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll perform maintenance, diagnose issues, educate homeowners, and build trust, with a base pay of $18-$20 per hour plus 9% commission and a company vehicle. This role offers steady, year-round work with ongoing training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in basements, crawl spaces, and other confined areas.
• Construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and service appointments.
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs on waterproofing, foundation, and crawl space systems.
• Educate homeowners on system performance and recommend additional solutions when appropriate.
• Build trust with customers through professionalism and outstanding service.
• Complete service reports accurately and maintain company equipment and vehicle.
• Work safely while following company procedures and industry best practices.
