Job summary

Basement Systems of Indiana seeks a Waterproofing Technician to install waterproofing and foundation repair solutions in basements and crawl spaces. You'll work hands-on with a team and have growth from Installer to Foreman.

• Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred.
• Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred.

Position Summary

As a Waterproofing Technician, you'll be on the front lines solving real problems for homeowners. You'll work hands-on to install industry-leading waterproofing and foundation repair solutions in basements and crawl spaces. You'll learn from experienced team members and have opportunities to grow from an Installer to a Foreman - and beyond.

What We're Looking For

• Construction or general labor experience is a plus (but not required - we'll train you!)
• Willingness to work hard, learn new skills, and show up as a team player
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces (basements/crawl spaces)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE of Production Technicians

• High school diploma or GED preferred;
• 1+ years of experience in the -construction trades; or,
• A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
