Job summary

Basement Systems of Indiana in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Waterproofing Technician to install waterproofing and foundation repair solutions in basements and crawl spaces. You will join a hands-on team and have opportunities to advance from Installer to Foreman while learning from experienced teammates.

You’ll perform job-site tasks, operate tools safely, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in construction trades.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of construction trades preferred.
• Ability to operate power tools.
• English language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install waterproofing and crawl space systems according to company standards.
• Load/unload materials and maintain job site cleanliness.
• Use power tools, hand tools, and job-specific equipment safely and effectively.
• Work alongside and support your crew to deliver high-quality work and an exceptional customer experience.
• Communicate with team leaders to solve problems and ensure successful project completion.
• Represent the company in a respectful, responsible, and professional manner at all times.
