Job Overview:

Our Field Service Technician Team works outdoors at residential and commercial locations, providing hands-on assistance, sales, installations, and repairs of pool equipment. Trucks, uniforms, and training are provided.

Responsibilities:

• Sales, installation, and repair of swimming pool equipment
• Interact with customers, offering service, recommendations, and guidance
• Maintain high standards in customer service and professional conduct
• Follow all safety procedures
• Partner with Service Managers to meet company policies and procedures
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair gas and electrical heaters
• Repair motors, filters, timers, pool cleaners, lights, automated systems, plumbing, etc.
• Address suction, priming, and pressure issues

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean M.V.R
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Knowledge of plumbing and/or electrical systems
• Basic understanding of multi-meter use and electrical connections

Pay Range:

$60,000 - $100,000 annually.
