Job Description: Are you able to work onsite? Are you passionate about project completion and process improvement? About the Role

As a Senior Service Tech, you will provide overall system maintenance and project management support for the transit system. The office location for this role is Market Street, Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

+ Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.

+ Managing all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

+ Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.

+ Monitoring organization to ensure performance, achieving department standards and schedules, and day-to-day processes to ensure a safe operation.

+ Supporting projects implementations and project planning.

+ Performing tasks of Service Technicians when required.

Requirements

+ 2+ years of field service tech experience.

+ Able to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.

+ Able to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules

+ Demonstrate working knowledge with mobile tools and applications.

+ Able to provide a valid driver’s license.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $44,891- $58,300.
