Job summary

Prime Secured is seeking a Service Technician in Nebraska to provide professional customer support while diagnosing and resolving electronic security system issues. • Under supervision, program access system, and IP video surveillance, and intrusion alarm systems.
• Ensure departmental daily records are maintained and accurate.

Requirements

• Service oriented background / experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent (vocational/technical/business school background is strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with the use of all appropriate hand and power tools and meters.
• Strong organizational skills are required.
• Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
• Security Experience:3 years minimum.
• Low Voltage: 2 years minimum.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Familiarity with the use of all appropriate hand and power tools and meters.
• Previous service technician role 2 years preferred.
• Access control, Network device install, and Camera installation 2 years preferred.
