Rose Pest Solutions in Ohio is seeking a Service Technician to manage an established route, build client relationships, and respond quickly to needs. You will use investigative skills to find root causes and provide effective pest-control solutions while upholding the company values of doing the right thing.

No prior experience? We’ll train you from the ground up. Expect a take-home company vehicle, paid training, and ongoing development as you protect families and local businesses.

Responsibilities

Your Role as a Service Technician

No prior experience? No problem—we’ll train you from the ground up!

As a Service Technician, you’ll be the trusted point of contact between Rose and our clients. Each day you will:

• Manage an established route and build strong client relationships.
• Respond quickly to client needs and solve problems with urgency.
• Use investigative and deductive skills to find the root cause of issues.
• Provide solutions that reflect our value of doing the right thing.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure client satisfaction and consistent quality.
• Occasionally perform minor repairs or adjustments to help prevent pest issues.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with mobile apps, email, and basic computer use
• Observant, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Willing to work before 8 AM, after 5 PM, or some weekends
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Able to pass background and drug checks
• Open to occasional overnight travel
