Rose Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to manage a fixed route, build strong client relationships, and quickly respond to issues. You will diagnose root causes using investigative skills and provide solutions aligned with doing the right thing.

The role includes teamwork to ensure client satisfaction and may involve light repairs to prevent pest problems. Applicants should be 18+, hold a HS diploma, and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with mobile apps, email, and basic computer use.
• Willing to work before 8 AM, after 5 PM, or some weekends; valid driver's license.

Your Role as a Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you’ll be the trusted point of contact between Rose and our clients. Each day you will:

• Manage an established route and build strong client relationships.
• Respond quickly to client needs and solve problems with urgency.
• Use investigative and deductive skills to find the root cause of issues.
• Provide solutions that reflect our value of doing the right thing.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure client satisfaction and consistent quality.
• Occasionally perform minor repairs or adjustments to help prevent pest issues.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with mobile apps, email, and basic computer use
• Observant, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Willing to work before 8 AM, after 5 PM, or some weekends
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Able to pass background and drug checks
• Open to occasional overnight travel
