Job summary

Rose Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician in Michigan to manage a client route, respond promptly to issues, and diagnose root causes of pest problems. You will maintain strong client relationships and perform occasional minor repairs while upholding our core values of doing the right thing.

No prior experience? We’ll train you from the ground up and offer benefits including a company vehicle and growth opportunities within a recession-proof industry.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with mobile apps, email, and basic computer use
• Observant, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Willing to work before 8 AM, after 5 PM, or some weekends
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Able to pass background and drug checks
• Open to occasional overnight travel

Responsibilities

Your Role as a Service Technician
