Job summary

Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is seeking a Service Technician to visit customer homes and service existing systems, performing inspections, small projects, and preventive maintenance. You will uphold our high standards and provide a remarkable customer experience.

You must have a valid driver’s license, be able to fit into crawl spaces, lift up to 75 pounds, and travel as needed. We offer solid pay, benefits, comprehensive training, a company vehicle, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to fit and work in a crawl space.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl.
• Strong listening and follow-up skills; ability to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Meet with existing customers at pre-scheduled appointments to perform inspections, install small projects, and perform maintenance.
• Ensure complete resolution of customer concerns through follow-up.
• Recommend products or services to enhance or improve original installations.
• Suggest additional products/services to protect customers’ investments long-term.
