Job summary

RideNow Weatherford is seeking a driven Service Technician to join our growing team. You’ll diagnose, repair, and service motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft, working with a skilled crew to stay efficient and safe. Training is provided, with OEM procedures and tool use supported at the facility.

We welcome all experience levels; relocation assistance is available for qualified applicants and compensation includes a flexible pay structure based on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• MMI Graduate or equivalent manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Verifiable powersports technician experience.
• Master Certs or A/B level certifications encouraged.
• Own a set of comprehensive tools.
• Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented.
• Self-motivated, organized and punctual.
• Commission based pay.
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
• Employer paid life and short-term disability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level.

• Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work.
