Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for our 504-unit Tampa community to handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. You will respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with paid on-call rotation. Must live within 30 minutes of the property and have 1+ year of related maintenance experience; HVAC certification is a

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience or equivalent training/education.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
