Berger Communities, based in Norristown, PA, is hiring a Service Technician for Plymouth Pointe Apartments. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and loves knowing they’re making a difference for residents every day. Schedule: Full Time, Monday–Friday with on-call responsibilities.

You’ll handle service requests and repairs, prep move-ins, and keep grounds and common areas in top condition, plus preventive maintenance and snow removal.

• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts

• $21–$23/hour, paid biweekly, plus:
