Job summary

Berger Communities is hiring a Service Technician for Woodland Hills Apartments in Middletown, PA. Our Maintenance Technicians do more than just fix things, they help make our communities feel like home. Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation.

Minimum two years of maintenance experience or training and a high school diploma or GED are required; trade school is a plus. You’ll handle service requests, prep move-ins, maintain grounds, perform preventive

Location: Middletown, PA.

Type:Full Time

Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This position also participates in an on-call rotation approximately one week every third week.

Minimum Experience:Two years maintenance experience and/or training. High School or GED required, Trade Schoolor Industry Training is a plus.

• Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Getting empty homes move-in ready
• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
• Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
