Jiffy Lube in Arizona is hiring a Service Technician to help customers feel confident in their vehicle's safety. No automotive experience required—the team is trained on maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

You'll perform oil changes, fluid refills, and multi-point inspections, with on-site and online training. Strong safety focus and the ability to lift 50+ lbs are key; growth opportunities and full-time benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance.
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
