Jiffy Lube in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Service Technician to help customers feel confident about their vehicle safety. You will be cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and top-quality service.

You will provide honest recommendations, carry out oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance while keeping records and maintaining a clean, safe work area. No auto experience is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills and basic maintenance.
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum and sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension).
• Follow all safety, OSHA and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
