Jiffy Lube is seeking a Service Technician in Scottsdale, AZ, to help customers feel confident about vehicle safety. No automotive experience is required; we provide training and cross‑train for maintenance and customer service.

You will learn from experienced technicians and support a fast‑paced environment. You’ll perform oil changes, inspections, and basic maintenance, with opportunities to advance and expand skills.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; training provided.
• Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, reach, crawl, climb.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance.
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on‑site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
