Job summary

Jiffy Lube in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Service Technician. You will help customers feel confident in vehicle safety as our team performs maintenance, inspections, and customer service with cross-training.

No prior automotive experience is required; we provide thorough training. Responsibilities include oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance; complete multi-point inspections and maintain records; follow safety standards; participate in on-site and online training; help with marketing

Responsibilities

Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension).
Follow all safety and Jiffy Lube standards.
Participate in on-site and online training.
Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
