Custom Truck One Source (CTOS) in Oklahoma City is seeking a Service Technician / Mechanic to support our vocational and utility equipment. You’ll diagnose, repair, and service diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems on truck-mounted units, with strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational Technical School or Military Wheeled Mechanic training a plus.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must have your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, repair and/or replace damaged parts for a variety of utility equipment and trucks.
• Troubleshoot and repair medium and heavy-duty trucks (e.g., Freightliner, Peterbilt, Ford).
• Perform maintenance and emergency repairs on fuel, brake, electrical and transmission systems.
• Maintain accurate records of parts, services and labor for cost tracking.

Hiring a Service Technician / Mechanicto support our vocational and utility equipment.

What you’ll work on

• PMs, diagnostics, repair & inspections
• Truck-mounted utility equipment: boom & bucket trucks, diggers, dump, service, forestry & aerial cranes

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, day shift (7:00am start)
• Overtime as needed

What you need

• Experience and / or Training on related equipment with heavy/light-duty trucks, diesel, refuse, construction / AG, aircraft / GSE
• Valid driver’s license & mechanic tools

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, repair and/or replace damaged or worn parts for variety of manufacturers of utility equipment to ensure quality standards within budget, on a variety of vocational / utility trucks and equipment see https://www.customtruck.com/
• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of medium and heavy-duty trucks such as Freightliner, Peterbilt, Ford.
• Provide repair and maintenance to diesel engines a strong background in hydraulics and electrical is a plus.
• Perform maintenance/emergency repairs on the fuel, brake, electrical and transmission systems.
• Assess, diagnose, repair and/or replace damaged or worn parts for variety of manufacturers of utility equipment to ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of parts, services and labor to track costs so vehicles can be properly priced and reflect the value of quality offered by the company.
• Submit all work/repair orders as required to a supervisor for approval to ensure budgets are maintained and costs of vehicle repairs accurately reflected.
• Perform all duties in in accordance with best practices for a safe work environment
• Attend monthly safety meetings held by Custom Truck One Source.
