Responsibilities / Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on high-speed machinery.
  • Travel to spray drying facilities in North America for training, inspections, and repairs.
  • Generate detailed inspection and service reports.
  • Provide remote customer support via phone.
  • Assist in manufacturing parts using manual mill, lathe, and drill press.
  • Operate balancing machines for precision.
  • Disassemble, clean, and inspect rotary atomizers; machine parts; balance shafts and components.
Qualifications:
  • Machinist certificate, Associate Degree, or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years in machining, manufacturing, or equipment repair.
  • Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with measuring tools.
  • Ability to interpret manuals and drawings.
  • Proficient with hand tools and machine shop equipment.
  • Willing to travel within US, Canada, and overseas.
  • Comfortable working with chemicals and solvents.
  • Experience with balancing equipment, lathe, and manual milling.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Self-motivated, problem-solver, team player.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

The pay range is estimated at $28-$41/hr, varying by location. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and other factors. Additional rewards may include bonuses or equity.
