Job summary

In-N-Out Burger is seeking a full-time Maintenance Service Technician IV for the Las Vegas, NV market. The role requires HVAC and EPA certification, with a minimum of 3 years in refrigeration/air conditioning repair or restaurant equipment repair.

You will travel regionally to store locations, work independently, and adhere to all safety guidelines. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, and a company vehicle is available.

Qualifications

• EPA and HVAC certifications are required.
• 3+ years in refrigeration/air conditioning repair or restaurant equipment repair.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Knowledge of High Voltage AC Power (3 Phase).
• Soda Fountain and trade school experience is a plus.
• Maintenance tech experience on commercial jobs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair restaurant equipment including cooking equipment, A/C units, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, doors and shelves.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Travel to In-N-Out stores in the region as needed for emergencies.
• Observe safety guidelines and keep the work area clean.
• This is a full-time hourly (non-exempt) position with schedule rotations and on-call duties.
• Territory covers Las Vegas, NV area; travel ~25%.

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time maintenance Service Technician IV covering our Las Vegas, NV market. The Maintenance Service Technician needs to be HVAC certified and will work for the Service department.

*Candidates must live within 30-mile radius from Las Vegas, NV

General Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of all In-N-Out Burger restaurant equipment - cooking equipment, A/C units, refrigeration, plumbing, light carpentry, door, shelves, etc.
• Working well independently with little or no supervision
• Traveling to the In-N-Out stores in your region at a moment’s notice, in case of emergencies
• Observing all safety guidelines and maintaining the cleanliness of your specific work area
• Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
• Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., occasional on-call availability required
• Schedule: Five (5) days a week, Sunday through Thursday (days off Friday/Saturday) OR Tuesday through Saturday (days off Sunday/Monday)
• Holiday and weekend availability required
• This person’s territory will cover the In-N-Out Burger stores in the Las Vegas, NV area
• Travel is required (25%)
