Summary: Support the leadership and management of the Commercial HVAC organization to be recognized as the preferred contractor, fabricator, and service provider within targeted markets and customer base. Maintain a positive, high-performing culture and build strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve safe, low-risk, and profitable results.
Essential Functions: including but not limited to the following.
Lead by Example:
- Responsible for the proper operation, repairs, replacement, and preventative maintenance of commercial air conditioning and heating systems.
- Thorough knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting and installation techniques.
- Knowledge of electrical systems.
- Use various hand tools and testing equipment to perform tasks.

- Require regular attendance and the ability to get along with co-workers.
- Work with the Scheduler to ensure workload is accomplished timely.
- View service calls as opportunities for direct customer interaction, additional work, and potential maintenance contracts.

- Follow company procedures and safety regulations in completing jobs.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years’ experience maintaining equipment.
- Universal EPA certification and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervision regarding work progress and completion.
- Ability to complete paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with PCs, tablets, and smartphones.
- Ability to make minor decisions regarding setups and procedures.
Physical Demands:
- Stand, sit, or squat for extended periods.
- Move throughout the work area as needed.
- Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; push, pull, reach, and stoop as necessary.
- Work off ladders and lifts.
Work Environment:
- Typical job site environment with acceptable noise levels; temperature varies with seasons.
