Job summary

Dexter Services, Inc. seeks a field service/technical support professional to assist distributors, service companies and end users of Dexter equipment. The role requires HVAC/plumbing/electrical experience and a preference for an AA or technical degree.

You will travel frequently, maintain a clean company vehicle, and follow established service policies to deliver solutions. Ideal candidates prioritize safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction while supporting a growing national service

• AA or technical degree is a plus.
• Strong safety awareness and customer service mindset.

• Provide technical support for Dexter products to distributors, service companies and end-user owners.
• Maintain an organized company vehicle and communicate with customers to resolve installation needs.
• Follow department procedures and travel up to 75% as needed.
