Be prepared for travel that may require an overnight stay. Be prepared for the job by ensuring you have the right parts and tools.**Report to work/job site on time:** It is a basic expectation to report to work on time. When reporting to a customer location proper preparation for the day and travel time should be considered to meet this expectation.**Be dependable:** You are the face of our company to the customer. Represent CLD and LO1 in a positive light by doing what we said we were going to do. Help us meet our commitments, deadlines and pay attention to detail while completing the job. Don’t take short cuts, these likely include skipped steps and the need to return.**Communicate consistently:** Contact your supervisor/manager when there are questions, roadblocks, or safety concerns.
