Job summary

Dexter Laundry is a world leader in commercial laundry equipment, headquartered in the United States. This role delivers lifetime technical support by equipping customers, distributors, and field technicians with essential information to install, service, and sell Dexter products.

The position focuses on providing expert technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and leading training seminars at customer locations and our facility.

Qualifications

Engineering, technical, networking, or related degree preferred.
3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, technical support, networking, or related field.
Customer-facing technical support experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support to distributors, service technicians, customers worldwide.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and networking issues on Dexter equipment.
Lead technical training seminars at customer sites and at the Dexter manufacturing facility.
Develop training materials and service procedures to support field technicians.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement to identify product improvements.
