Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC experience.
• HVAC technical school certificate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across HVAC equipment.
• Experience helping customers make repair-versus-replacement decisions.
• Basic sheet metal knowledge.
• Understanding of air-balancing principles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to accept responsibility and grow into leadership opportunities.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Required tools.
• Universal EPA certification and 3+ years of experience.
