Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC installation and service experience
• EPA 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification required
• Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record
• Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and on-call shifts
