Job summary

AREY Group is hiring a Service Technician II in Opelika, AL to perform maintenance on residential communities. You’ll repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and appliances, handle preventative maintenance, and support make-ready inspections for new move-ins.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on residential properties including building exteriors, interiors, and common areas.
• Handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating schedule.
• Complete preventative maintenance procedures and make-ready tasks for vacant units.
