Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–5 years of shop experience.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to operate shop equipment safely.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on assigned customer products in the service shop.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect components; diagnose and propose solutions.
• Prepare job forms listing parts and work required.
• Design, fabricate, machine, and weld parts.
• Assemble, test, and ship or store equipment.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced technicians.
• Answer customer questions, provide quotes, and handle orders.
• Build relationships to drive repeat business and drive process improvements.
