Job summary

Westdale seeks a Service Technician II for our North Dallas property to perform maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances. You will diagnose issues, complete repairs, and ensure resident satisfaction with prompt, professional service.

Requires at least 2 years in on-site property maintenance, EPA Level II/Universal refrigerant certification, MPO & CPO certifications, and bilingual English/Spanish. On-site role with some on-call responsibilities and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• MPO & CPO certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Inspect and service system components including A/C, heating, and related equipment.
• Address structural elements (stairs, gates, fences, etc.) and flooring as needed.
• Respond to emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule.

Rate: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a Service Technician II for our176-unit apartment community in North Dallas!Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. As Service Technician II, you keep our residents happy knowing that their apartment and appliance repairs will be done quickly and professionally. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• MPO & CPO certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
