Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, customer service environment
• Availability on weekends as circumstances warrant and on-call rotation for emergencies

Work Details

• Work Days: Monday – Friday
• Work Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; weekends as needed; on-call every other week for emergencies
• Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located or a neighboring state; Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification
