Responsibilities
  1. You will work with customers to electrically/mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration.
  2. You will typically leave from home each morning and work with minimal direct supervision at customer sites.
  3. You will meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
  • An accredited High School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
  • Ability to work overtime and on-call as required.
  • Ability to attend industry-leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH.

Physical Demands
  • Lift up to 75 lbs with or without assistance.
  • Climb up to 10 ft with an A-frame ladder.
  • Occasional roof access through extension ladders or fixed ladders greater than 20 feet.
  • Extensive walking (3-5 miles per day).
  • Extensive driving (5-6 hours per day).
  • Kneel, squat, bend, push/pull.
  • Operate motor vehicles, machinery, and power tools.
Working Conditions
  • Office and customer facilities, including commercial kitchens.
  • Exposure to noise, heat, cold, slippery, wet, and dirty conditions.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time.
Hours of Work
  • Normal business hours with occasional extended hours, nights, and weekends.
  • Schedule flexibility to meet critical deadlines.
