You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, gas, and refrigeration equipment; perform preventative maintenance; install and service cooking, warewash, refrigeration, and food preparation equipment; and support a safety culture on the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, gas, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Install and service commercial cooking, warewash, refrigeration, and food preparation equipment.
• Communicate repair recommendations and solutions with customers.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and company vehicle.
• Support safety culture by following procedures and promoting safe work practices.
