Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull equipment; work in various kitchen environments.
• Position may require on-call coverage including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, gas, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Install and service commercial cooking, warewash, refrigeration, and food preparation equipment.
• Communicate repair recommendations and solutions with customers.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and company vehicle.
• Support safety culture by following safety procedures and identifying hazards.
