Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior curb appeal of the property and cleanliness of common areas.
• Assist with weather-related cleanup as needed.
• Manage recycling and trash operations including chutes and compactor rooms.
• Provide apartment make-ready support: painting, cleaning, light maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance projects.
• Support Windsor Communities values by delivering exceptional service to residents.

Windsor Village at Waltham is a garden style apartment community with 707 units on property.

Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.

Hourly: Starting at $20.66 - $25.83 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.

Annual Starting Comp: $42,972 - $53,726.

• Assist with weather related cleanup as needed.
• Management of recycling and trash operations including trash chutes, enclosures, and compactor rooms.

• Assist with Preventative Maintenance projects.
