General Services Corporation is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance position across our communities. This full-time role emphasizes customer service and safe, quality workmanship.

You will perform building tasks, coordinate with residents, and support grounds and common area projects. A high school diploma, 3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and background check are required. Bilingual skills are a plus.

This is not a traditional onsite apartment maintenance position, but rather a hands‑on role focused on larger property improvements and special projects across our communities.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have 3 years of experience in general building and grounds maintenance work
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Passing a criminal background check required.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Initiative and customer service skill.
