R&R Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a licensed Plumber HVAC in Spokane to install and replace water heaters and water treatment systems. You’ll work with residential clients as the trusted expert for tankless units, RO setups, and filtration, ensuring safe, quality installations that meet our standards.

The ideal candidate holds WA Plumbing License PL01 or PL02, Gas Mechanic 1 Endorsement, and proven experience with water heaters and treatment systems.

Qualifications

• Licensed Plumber with WA state credentials required.
• Experience installing/replacing water heaters and treatment systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to safety, code compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace tank and tankless water heaters.
• Set up water treatment systems (softeners, filters, RO units).
• Conduct pre-install inspections for fit and code compliance.

We are looking for a motivated licensed Plumber to join our team. This position is designed for skilled technicians who are eager to specialize in installing and replacing water heaters and water treatment systems. You’ll work directly with residential clients as the trusted expert for tankless units, reverse osmosis setups, and filtration systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and top-notch installations that meet our high qualitystandards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and replace tank and tankless water heaters

Qualifications

• Gas Mechanic 1 Endorsement
• Proven experience with water heaters and treatment systems
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and water filtration
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces
• Commitment to professionalism, customer satisfaction, and teamwork

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
• Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Service Titan
