You will diagnose and repair complex systems, handle advanced electrical and hybrid work, mentor junior techs, and ensure productivity and safety while staying current with Kia technology and

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience working as an automotive technician.
• 3+ years Automotive Dealership experience.
• Previous experience with Kia or Hyundai brands.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise
• Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and the ability to use dealership computer systems.
• Prioritize multiple repair orders while meeting quality and time expectations.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems accurately and efficiently.
• Perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and hybrid system repairs
• Complete manufacturer warranty and customer-pay repairs to Honda standards
• Mentor and support developing technicians
• Maintain productivity and quality goals while ensuring a safe work environment
• Stay current on Kia technology, certifications, and training requirements
• You' ll report to the Service Manager for weekly and monthly shop updates.
