Job summary

Lithia Motors in Temecula is hiring a Service Advisor to greet customers, document vehicle issues, and recommend maintenance and repairs. You will prepare estimates, write repair orders, and coordinate with technicians to ensure quality service.

This role reports to the service manager and supports weekly/monthly goals. The position offers open availability to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a total rewards package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement plans, and more.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience with Kia or Hyundai brands.
• Experience using CDK at an automotive dealership.

Now Hiring: Service Advisor Pay: Estimated Monthly Earnings $8,000-$12,000 Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7am-6pm; Saturday: 8am-5pm

What You'll Do

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience with Kia or Hyundai brands.
• Experience and familiarity using CDK Pervious experience working at an automotive dealership.
• Strong written & vocal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500-$145,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales and Individual Gross Profit, and bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
